Legal actions filed against the Company and its former executives have been voluntarily dismissed without prejudice.

(Nasdaq: LTRY, LTRYW) (“Lottery.com” or the “Company”), a leading technology company in the lottery and gaming sector, announces that legal actions filed against it and its former executives by JBBT LLC, and its managing members John Brier, Jr and Bin Tu (collectively “JBBT”), have been voluntarily dismissed without prejudice. JBBT was seeking more than $20 million in damages against the Company in this case.

The notices of dismissal were filed in the District Court of Appeal of the State of Florida Second District (case 2D2024-0362) and the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida (case 2023-CA-2231), indicating that no further action will be pursued by the plaintiffs in Florida State Court at this time. The District Court of Appeals also denied JBBT’s motion for attorney’s fees and costs.
