'90 Day Fiance': Shaeeda Shares Cryptic Posts After Clash With Bilal's Ex

Shaeeda Sween and Bilal Hazziez are one of the most talked about couples from 90 Day Fiancé Season 9.

The much-loved TLC reality series follows the love stories of several non-American women who visit the U.S. for a short period of time and meet their fiancé's. After spending 90 days together, the couple must decide whether they marry or go their separate ways.

In the most recent episode that aired Sunday, July 3, Shaeeda and Bilal have found themselves at the center of a drama involving a potential prenup and Bilal's ex-wife, Shahidah Salaam.

After the episode aired, Shaeeda shared two cryptic posts on Instagram, keeping fans in even more suspense for next week's episode.

Shaeeda posted on her Instagram stories a message that read in capital letters: "Quiet and calm because I do pity the desperate, 5 minutes, hungry-type - we pray for them - when they go low we stay high."

She then posted two videos of herself doing yoga outdoors. Shaeeda is a Trinidadian yoga instructor as well as a reality star and fashion enthusiast.

The final part of her Instagram story was a screenshot of the word "bully" and its definition which read: "a person who habitually seeks to harm or intimidate those whom they perceive as vulnerable. 'he is a ranting, domineering bully.'"

Shaeeda from "90 Day Fiancé" posted some cryptic posts on Instagram after the episode that aired Sunday, July 3, 2022.

In case you missed it, Shaeeda's fiancé Bilal wants to sign a prenuptial agreement before they tie the knot but Shaeeda is opposed to the idea, believing that having a prenup is essentially agreeing to a divorce.

However, after a long think, she told Bilal she would consider signing if she could put in her own clause regarding having children. Shaeeda wants to have children but her husband-to-be already has two children with his ex-wife and is reluctant to have any more.

As if their disagreement were not tense enough, things were exacerbated when Bilal's ex-wife, Shahidah, made her view clear to Shaeeda that they should get a prenup in Sunday's episode.

Shahidah told Shaeeda she wanted them to get a prenup in order to protect her kids, in case they do actually divorce.

She said: "I'm very stern when it comes to my kids. And so what I want is the best for them. And what I want them to be around is someone who is best for them. And it may not be my place to speak on it, but I'm coming from a place of protecting my kids, assets, and that generational wealth you know that he has. I have to know that you're not here for just what he has."

Shaeeda replied: "Well, I have a life in Trinidad. I'm very known in my community. I had my own yoga studio. Just Google me. You'll see a lot of things that come up. You know, I was in newspapers. So me trying to get what he has nothing to do with that."

Speaking to the cameras after the conversation, Shaeeda said: "I feel completely caught off guard. Where does this hostility come from?" She continued, "I think I took her by surprise, to see a new woman in Bilal's home, who is now becoming a woman of the household. I realize that this prenup is business, but sweetheart, you're lecturing the wrong person. I'm not some little girl on the roadside that Bilal picked up by taking on social media. I mean, I am an accomplished woman in Trinidad."

At the moment, Shaeeda and Bilal had a Nikah, an Islamic spiritual union meaning they are married under the eyes of God but not by U.S. marriage law.

The drama between Bilal, Shaeeda, and Shahidah looks set to continue in the next episode of 90 Day Fiancé.

In the trailer for Sunday's (July 10) episode, Bilal can be seen bringing Shaeeda a copy of the prenup, and the agreement may just make or break their relationship, for good.

90 Day Fiancé airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on TLC and is available to stream on discovery+.
