Second team
Nick Estell, Niagara Falls, 5-10 junior guard
Led Niagara Falls to become Section VI’s first Class AAA champion and his play extended the Wolverines' season to the state semifinals. Estell was named to the NYSPHSAA Class AA All-Tournament team. He averaged 13.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.4 steals per game. He scored a career-high 33 points against Nichols.
Jaydian Johnson, Jamestown, 6-1 junior guard
In his first season as the team’s primary option, Johnson led Jamestown to a Section VI Class AA1 championship and to the state semifinals. He averaged 19.1 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.8 steals per game. Johnson was named Player of the Year in All-ECIC and ECIC I. With 11 games of at least 30 points, including a career-high 27 points versus Lockport, Johnson cemented himself as a reliable threat for the Red and Green.

Nick Purdie, Canisius, 6-2 junior guard
With an increased role, Purdie upped his points per game by 8.2 from his sophomore year to his junior season. Purdie averaged 15.7 points, 6 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. He led Canisius to a Monsignor Martin regular-season championship and was an All-Catholic first-team selection. Purdie has seven 20-point games and five double-doubles.
Carter Lampke, Williamsville South, 6-2 junior guard
Led Williamsville South to the Section VI Class A1 championship and pushed the team’s season to the Far West Regional. Lampke averaged 15.3 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2 steals per game. He was named to the ECIC III first team and had eight games of at least 20 points.
Nate Blenman, Amherst, 6-6 sophomore center
In his first varsity season, Blenman was arguably Amherst’s best player. He averaged 14.1 points, 10 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.2 blocks per game. He was an ECIC II first-team selection and had 21 double-digit scoring games and 16 with double-doubles.
Third team
Jay'Meir Goosby, St. Joe’s, 6-2 junior guard
All-Catholic first-team selection. Goosby averaged 17 points, 6 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.2 steals per game. In a bigger role, he increased his scoring average by 6.6 points from his sophomore year to his junior season. Goosby had six 20-point games.
Luke Walck, Niagara Wheatfield, 6-5 senior center
Nicknamed “Chairman of the boards,” Walck lived up to the name averaging 17.4 points, 14.4 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game. Walck was an All-Niagara Frontier League first-team selection. He had nine games of at least 20 points, five outings with five blocks and scored a career-high 31 points against North Tonawanda. Walck had 19 double-doubles.
Ahmir Dunn, Amherst, 6-0 senior guard
Dunn led Amherst to the Section VI Class A1 title game and helped the Tigers win the ECIC II championship. He is the ECIC II Player of the Year and an All-ECIC first-team pick. In 17 games, Dunn scored at least 10 points. He scored a season-high 29 points versus Williamsville East.
Chris McDonald, Orchard Park, 6-5 senior guard
Averaged 16 points, 7.9 rebounds and 2.2 steals per game. McDonald was named to the ECIC and All-ECIC I first teams. He was a reliable scoring option for Orchard Park, scoring in double figures in all 21 games. He had five games of at least 20 points and scored 24 points against Hutch Tech, a season-high.
Charlie Croff, Lockport, 6-1 sophomore guard
The Niagara Frontier League Player of the Year, Croff put up 17 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game for Lockport and guided the Lions to the Section VI Class AA1 final. He also led Lockport to a league regular-season championship, and had six games of at least 20 points and 21 games of at least 10 points.

Ezekiel Alexander, Olmsted, 6-0 senior guard
The Yale Cup II Player of the Year, Alexander averaged 16.8 points, 5.4 assists, 5.3 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. His reliability found the Owls in the Section VI Class B1 semifinals. Alexander had a season-high 29 points against Holland and eight total 20-point games.
Carter Brink, Panama, 6-0 junior guard
CCAA II East Player of the Year, Brink averaged 25.7 points, 4.7 assists and 2.5 steals per game. He touched the game on multiple levels, which included a season-high 38 points against Frewsburg. He had 18 games over 20 and 10 30-point games.
Gavin Smith, Frewsburg, 6-2 senior guard
A CCAA I East first-team selection, Smith averaged 25.7 points, 6.8 rebounds and 3 steals per game. Smith scored a season-high 34 points versus Brocton and had seven 30-point games. He also had three double-doubles and 19 games over 20 points.
Landon Braman, Newfane, 5-9 senior guard
The Niagara Frontier League Player of the Year, Braman averaged 11.9 points, 4.6 assists, 4.3 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game. He was a key piece for the Panthers, helping them advance to the Section VI Class B1 final.
Davion White, Fredonia, 6-0 senior center
Averaged 18 points, 7.9 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. Named to the CCAA I West I first team, White had seven double-doubles. Notably, he had a 26-point, 18-rebound game vs. Lewiston-Porter and finished with 26 points, 14 rebounds and 7 assists against Buffalo Arts.

Miles Volk, Pine Valley, 6-1 senior forward
After leading Pine Valley to the Section VI Class D championship, Volk was named to the CCAA East II first team. He had three games over 20 points, including a season-high 30 points against North Collins. Volk also had 11 double-doubles.
Shamere Davis, MST, 6-1 senior guard
The Yale Cup II Co-Player of the Year, Davis averaged 22.4 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. Davis scored in the double figures in each of the team’s 20 games, which was highlighted with a 35-point, 10-rebound outing against Buffalo Culinary. He had three 30-point games.
Carson Kwiatkowski, Allegany-Limestone, 6-3 junior guard
Selected to the CCAA West I first team, Kwiatkowski averaged 17.3 points and was able to spread the floor, making 71 3-pointers on the season. He scored a season-high 29 points against Eden and had eight 20-point games.
Cameron D’Hilly, Cleveland Hill, 6-3 senior guard
D’Hilly averaged 16.1 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.2 blocks and 1 steal per game. His two-way efforts earned him a selection to the ECIC V first team. D’Hilly scored a season-high 27 points against Maryvale. He also had seven 20-point games and six double-doubles.
Jaykwon Kyle, Middle Early College, 6-3 junior guard
A Yale Cup I first-team selection, Kyle had nine double doubles, including 27 points and 11 rebounds vs. MST, and 27 points and 10 rebounds vs. South Park. Kyle also had seven 20-point games.
